TED 5000 ST: Health Education/Skin Cancer Prevention
Welcome to TED 5000 ST: Health Education/Skin Cancer Prevention. Sponsored by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, the course is one component of Sun Safe Colorado (www.sunsafecolorado.org), a statewide skin cancer prevention program for students, families and outdoor workers.
TED 5000 ST provides training in an evidence-based skin cancer prevention curriculum, Sunny Days, Healthy Ways, for elementary and middle school students. Upon successful completion of the course, you can earn .5 Continuing Education Credits from the School of Education at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center. This course should take approximately 7 hours to complete.
